The Adventure of Link
The River Man can be found within the Water Town of Saria guarding the passage of the bridge that leads to Death Mountain. Link must gain a note from the elusive Bagu in order to convince River Man to open the path.

River Man is much more accommodating after Link meets with Bagu.
